Hi it's amazingly 10 months I have not been logging into my multiply. I have changed a new job and currently based in Midvalley...managing a call center. At last I'm free from Timesharing hehe! Its been like a few years I have stopped from going Vacation and I'm really looking forward for this Bangkok trip from 25th-29th April 2008. So much changes happend in my life and I will start again sharing here :P Well I have promised myself I need to travel to at least four places this year no matter how busy myself I got to give myself a break for my body, mind and soul.
Hiya its been almost 1 year plus I left my job at Palace of the Golden Horses and I felt many things happened to me since I joined Legend Hotel...sigh! I didn't even travel anywhere for the past 1 year 1/2, car was broke in twice, lost my laptop, house was broke in, gone thru a court case keke 1st experienced!....many unwanted incidents happened to me...sigh! I have asked the fortune teller and she told me just to live on with my life....keke well in our life of 60 years cycle we will have 5 times of opportunity and when we have goten the right one who should live on with it and must not react on things without considering twice as it will back fired! Anyway I'm a bit settled now and I think I will continue writing my blog and get to know more ppl and start again travelling overseas to gain more exposure and knowledge in life. hmmmp I have been in the vacation club industry for almost 6 years and if you need any positive advice do no hesitate to contact me at 0174631113 or email me at robinnhtew@yahoo.com. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my sales team of PGH of celebrating my birthday with a lovely banana choco cake on the 10th of March 2005. Thanks to my sis for giving me a Raoul shirt, Ken for ya G2000 formal wear, Syed for ya locitane body wash and soap, Tariq for the wallet, Aemizal for the Chess set, Elaine for the Zara tie, Ian for the Picollo Mondo Pizza, My beloved sales managers:- Ck, Tan, Steven and Megat for the two ties which I can use it daily for work, Perfume from Olivia, Megan, Sam L, Nicole, Christine, Ck and Elaine and matt thanks for ya mickey mouse after your trip from HK...you guys are totally wonderful. The nite I was at Hard Rock with tariq and frens and also the next nite I was with ken, syed and sis was at Shook! for dinner....to celebrate my 27th birthday. Thanks again guys I love you guys so much. without your support in the team I'm no one in CHVC! Cheers!
Its a pity I didnt have camera to capture the sweet moments and memories during that time :P anyway these memories has been captured in my mind.
I guess every year there would be surprises for me especially in year 2004 after my birthday I thought of resigining but was promoted to Penang as Branch Manager, year 2005 thought of resigning I was posted to KL on 19th March 2005 as Area Sales Manager......this year thought of resingning again and was offered by other competitor as Director of Sales....am I lucky? hehehe....I hope God will still support me and bless me in whatever things I do in life. I hope I can have my own business by this year.....
Its a real bad day! EBay came to my house trying to fix the internet line for me but the converter was not functioning. sigh! facing some conflict internally due to monetary! while at Starbucks my wireless network for my laptop was not functioned, I guess the techician from EB had configured wrongly and it made the whole thing unable to be detected! errrhhhh! Tours coming for presentation was totatlly worst of the month! The stupid F&B Sup can't even confirmed me a space at the Grand Salon for my weekend function while they borrowed my presentation venue for the NAM press conference! Then my GM wants me to be in the office by 9am in the office every morning! geee so not time-share working hours!!!!
Our company is pledging towards its staff to save a life by donating RM114 to the Pakistan Earthquake victims. Its sad to hear that the Pakistan earthquake has not given much attention from the corporate sectors for donations compared to the recent catastrophe; Tsunami that hit Acheh. There are approximately about 300,000 people who are in need of shelter as winter is coming around the corner. So it's kinda of noble that the sales, from the company on Saturday itself; 12/11/05 will proceed to the fund. Hmmps let's just think how lucky we are living in Malaysia without having to face so much problems. Anyway, I felt so happy for saving 1.5 life by doing this noble donation. I think this is an eye opener for me to live a more fruitful life from today onwards....
October was a month for visiting Thailand; within a month I went to Phuket and Bangkok. Hmmp like it so much and the Phuket Trip was with the company on 10th-12th Oct while the Bangkok trip was on 28th-1st Nov with Ken, Mart & Max. I guess I have nothin much to tell as I have posted the most priceless moments that I've spent there at the photo gallery! The only thing I wanna shared about Thailand was the friendliness of the people there and also the identity of Thai people compared to Malaysians!!! This is a big question for the nation to ponder!!! Thai people are proud of their national language compared to us which is in no use after secondary school. I think the respective govt bodies should take measures on enforcing the usage here although English is our second national language. Don't you guys think that Malaysia don't have it's own identity?
I have also done a few changes on the color of the homepage to make it much more attractive and so Deeparaya ambience! haha I hope this time I will update my journal more often as Ebay will be coming to connect the internet line on 8th Nov 05. Finally, I have got excess thru the net! Thank God for their efficiency compared to Streamxy which I have applied almost 3 months back still no reply from them!
I'm so boring today...sitting at the office doing nothin but just emailing and also chatting at MSN messenger! I'm thinking this job is pretty bored at times and monotonous too. Anyway tonight I'll be looking forward for a meeting with M at KLCC hehe hopefully we can catch up all the chats and stories we have left behind since the last day in Png. Hmmp It has been 194 days we have not been meeting since then!
I was in Bali from 12 Sept till today 14 Sept 2005. This trip was a bit hectic as we reached Denpasar at 6.30pm then went straight for a traditional massage near there. It took us almost 4 hours there then checked in at Grand Istana Rama, Kuta at 10pm. Nothing much left to do on the first day as we went clubbing at Paddy Club @ Legian where the incident of the last Bali bombing. Got back to the hotel already 4am after the so called supper there- Nasi Padang. Eeerhhh woke up late the second day. Went to Ubud, visited a few Art Gallery, Silver Shop, Batik Shop and also the Ubud Market where we could find lots of cheap stuff. After that we went to Tanah Lot to experience the sun set and also the scenery and popular tourist spot in Bali. The candle light dinner was fantastic at Jimbaran beach and the seafood there was absolutely fresh and delicious with the romantic ambience....The nite again ended up at Hard Rock Cafe and Paddy Club.....sho tiring though it was very fun and exciting. The final day we woke up at 11.00am...sho late can't even go anywhere and do anything but Mr Ricky promised us the next Bali trip would be at the Four Season sho see ya there again! Anyway I'll put up the photos for your viewings soon!!! see ya next month in Phuket sho lets hit our targets again!
Hmmp it's been like 3 months I have not pen my journal! haha! I'm kinda busy and lazy too. Btw the stupid TM ppl can't even installed my streamyx line for me till now at Bukit Jalil! After rebranding also not efficient! As usual la these GSC's huh! ooops No Comments! I think I'll choose Jaring and EB instead! Now I've realised that I have been in KL for the past 5 months 16 days! Time really passes by so fast! Errrrhhh can't wait to go to Bali end of Oct and my company incentive trip to Phuket on Oct too hehe....Btw I'll be off to Penang on Thursday...really miss mom and dad a lot.

Thanked God April has gone! Now its already May! It's my 50th day in KL. My team nearly touched 1.5M in sales anyway the downfall was actually caused by one team's effort. Anyway I'm sho proud cos Palace 2 closed at 841k of sales volume. Today I have actually found my direction to pursue in order to make the regional sales team a success. (Its secret!) I'm relieved that Tan and Kenny still stayed on to build a stronger team and also Syed for helping me to close mostly the malay prospects. Thank Cute guys!
Btw Congratulations to Tan for being promoted as Sales Manager, Kenny as Team Manager and Syed as my new Trainee Team Manager. Not forgotten, Raja for helping us with all the medical terms and explaination. Oops it's like a speech though!
Sigh! can't go back to Penang to celebrate dad's birthday but I'll try my very best to be home for mom's birthday on 18th of May 2005. Missing them sho much! Miss my home sweet home! I guess now I have made up my mind to be based in KL and also to stay in Bukit Jalil! If anyone wish to visit me don't ever hesitate to contact me ya! Today is a real day for me to remember the past that had happened in my life. Sometimes it's hard for us to forget someone who had treated us badly in the past but now I have learnt the way to forgive them because people might be doing it unintentionally due to influenced by others. Sigh! I misses my DOS so much...she is really a wonderful woman whom I thought of being wicked and bad but she is such a kind & helpful person in real! I guess it's time for me to forgive her because she didn't mean to be bad to me but she was actually being influenced by the others not to mention here hehe! She touched my heart while having a chat on the phone. At least she still cares for the whole sales team in Palace! Felt so attached to the team work which we had demonstrated.
I met Kak Ta today wow amazingly she slimmed down and her face really shined hehe Vitamin C injection :P Hope we can work again ya! Miss those days where you always offer me good food hehe :P
Geee SEPET is the first original VCD I've bought in my life hehe I guess it's worth watching bceause yasmin ahmad is my real idol in the advertsing industry :) She knows how to expressed it well in Sepet! It's simply amazing :P

It’s was Thursday evening….. Vc’s was kind of bored in the venue waiting for me to call them out for drinks…had to rushed back home cos mom and dad was stuck at the middle of the entrance between the wooden door and the grill cos mom took the wrong keys to open the grill door while she coincidentally closed the wooden door. Luckily I’m still here to open for them if not they will have to break the wooden door! Hehe….Hope mom is not so much careless again!
It was my last night spent in Penang. We again had dinner at Northern Café and went straight to RICE. It was sad though because Kamal, Kumar & Sam was unable to join us there! It’s really a cool and fun place to hang out with the unplugged musicians. Thanx to Ken and Adrian for dedicating the song “Belaian Jiwa” and “Friends-Pang Yeow” especially to Shahrul and me. Although its time for me to work with another team in KL but my heart is always in Penang thinking of you guys. Bear in mind; please do not worry about the stability of Penang office because I will surely fight for you guys when I’m based in KL. Met Sara and her sister Baby there too….. It’s a bit sad but it’s a responsibility to uphold when my luck and opportunities are still at peak! Btw, thanks to Mavis for joining us and also Anjo for coming late although she was frustrated after being locked by the guard at the HSBC office; kinda funny though cos this was the second time bcos the guard went off for break! Hehe always have problems one this girl :P
I heard of someone criticized me from the HQ quoted that “How can a failure took over the position as Sales Mgr?” This guy who said that is a real idiotic, biatch, Mother FCUKer, *%$@#$%^&(()*^!%#@%^&*$@#oooops FULLstop. He just gave his comments due to the month of Jan and Feb sales but what about the past months? Who the heck are you to give comments and opinions on me? Perhaps you also weren’t doing well in Palace? I guess its God’s will to pay him back his sins for making me transferred to Penang. I guess the one who involved in these dramatic acts has gotten their share of sufferings in the company for being not promoted. I feel like crying for you guys but I only shed crocodile tears. I have taken chances and risk to come over to Penang and luckily did prove me before I was given a position in Palace. Hey idiot what have you done for the company? I had much more experience than u in time-share although you are seniority in terms of age and time serving for the company. Buck up your skills in communication and people management before giving your comments. I guess God is great its time for you guys out there to realize nothing but the truth; the consequences for being ill hearted on others. I’m happy and sad….although it’s a mix feelings but life still goes on~

 Geee I still can't stop packing, too much to bring down to KL. I guess it's God's will to send me back to KL again! I have been living very comfortable on my own in Penang for the past 9 ½ months enjoying parents and friends company and now I’m going into these changes again! I looked at it as an opportunity for me to head the sales team in Palace and everything on my own now at this age sigh~! It’s scary and tensed for shouldering a 2 Million monthly target but it’s a new responsibility and challenges which I need to uphold. Hey Ms Pat,Kevin & Aru thanx for the concern and advice. Kevin, I have seized the opportunity thanx for the advice again you have given me when I was at your place. I knew my sales team in Penang would be sad cos I’m leaving but it’s just a while I wish u guys all the best till we meet up again! To the ONE who love me thanks for the patience and sacrifices we are going thru for the next 2 years! Eyda, Shahrul, Anita, Adrian, Ken & Kamal- Thanx for the light moments spent with me...I really appreciated that very much due to the support, motivation and ideas!

Happy Birthday especially to Shahrul who is 26th this year and also Michelle who will only be 22nd tomorrow (Sat) but we were kind enuff to let her blow the candles because tomorrow is half day and we will only be coming @ 2pm :-) Awe guess what they will be treating the vc’s and the tm’s tomorrow? While walking along the road can u imagined it’s only like 10:00pm the aqua's biz had already started they then whistled at us hehe not once but so many times! We don't even dare to look at them! SO SALAH! Wrong target market la!

God we are losing our Director of Sales, Area Sales Manager and Sales Manager. "Take the advantage from our resignations" a piece of advice from Kevin. So it shows that employer should take care of their staff as well and not just thinking of profit but sharing the profit for everyones benefits.May God bless them in their future undertakings.
